Nonprofit Organizations

We have formed many dozens of nonprofit organizations, and also represented numerous nonprofit organizations with issues related to their operations. We can help with the formation of a nonprofit at the State level, or advise existing nonprofits on changes needed to bylaws or other organizational documents. We also regularly prepare applications for nonprofits seeking tax-exempt status at the federal level. With many nonprofits, we also advise them on their real estate, business, and contract matters.
