Gretchen is an experienced immigration and family law attorney. Gretchen's approach to law is client-centered, providing representation that honors her clients' goals and needs. She prides herself on integrity, collaboration, and rigorous advocacy.
Gretchen's immigration practice focuses on family-based and employment-based immigration. In addition, she represents clients seeking political asylum, naturalization, DACA, and other forms of humanitarian relief, such as the U visa for victims of qualifying crimes.
Gretchen's family law practice focuses on adoption, guardianship, estate planning and dissolution matters.
Gretchen managed a firm for five years, representing family law clients across King and Snohomish Counties and immigration clients from around the globe. Prior to practicing law, Gretchen was a middle school teacher and district education administrator, and earned a M.S.Ed in her native state of Massachusetts.
Gretchen lives in Seattle with her husband and two children. Having lived on both coasts, they are enthusiastic Seahawks and Red Sox fans. Gretchen also enjoys reading a good book, skiing, running, and traveling with her family.
